"As someone who has suffered a bad knee injury and has fought to continue to workout, I was nervous about my fitness (extra weight on my knee) when I got pregnant. With Hannah’s modifications and guidance, I was able to workout the entirety of my pregnancy. My knee felt stronger than ever and my I was able to  keep my core in great condition with my changing body. I ended up needing a C Section, but my recovery went so well due to my preexisting fitness, even the nurses were impressed in how well I was doing just a day afterwards. I’m so thankful I was taught practical modifications that I was easily able to apply to my every day workouts, I hardly skipped a beat."
