I believe labor is the most athletic event of a woman's life and requires proper training and support. I have always been driven by a desire to help people and work hands-on with them. My career began as an athletic trainer, where I specialized in injury prevention, assessment, and rehabilitation for collegiate sports teams. I even worked with several Olympians! My interest in birth work was sparked during a rehabilitation course when I met a prenatal fitness coach. This encounter ignited my curiosity, and as I delved deeper into maternal health, I felt an undeniable pull towards the birth community. This shift transformed my passion from athletics to labor, leading me to where I am today.
My goal is to ensure the healthiest experience possible, fully preparing you for this transformative journey to motherhood.

My doula philosophy centers on empowering informed and transformative decision-making. I believe that with knowledge and guidance, you can embark on your pregnancy and birth journey with confidence and clarity, ensuring a healthy and fulfilling experience.

As a pre/postnatal personal trainer, my focus is on promoting functional fitness that enables you to master proper lifting mechanics, crucial for safely carrying and engaging with your children. Through customized programs designed to strengthen your body for the demands of motherhood, I aim to keep you active and injury-free, fostering a vibrant and healthy lifestyle. I use my Prenatal yoga to enhance mobility, breath awareness, and mental focus—helping you feel more prepared, grounded, and confident as you approach birth.
My commitment is unwavering as I work with you to achieve the birth experience you've always dreamed of, promoting a healthy pregnancy and postpartum period for an overall better birth experience.
